I’m a General Manager in an international FMCG organization with 20+ years of experience across commercial leadership roles in multiple European markets.
Over the years, I grew my career from intern to General Manager by continuously stepping outside my comfort zone, taking on new challenges and learning across functions, countries and business environments. Working with international teams and diverse organizations taught me not only how corporations operate, but also how differently leadership, communication and career growth can be perceived across cultures.
Throughout my career, I was fortunate to work with inspiring leaders who shaped the way I think about people, leadership and growth. Today, mentoring and developing others has become one of the most meaningful parts of my own leadership journey.
Over the last 10 years, I have supported professionals from various functions — including sales, marketing, finance, legal and operations — in navigating leadership challenges and building careers with greater confidence and intention. One thing I learned along the way is that, regardless of function or seniority, leadership is always about people.
Outside of work, I’m also a wife and mum of two teenagers. I’m proud that while growing an international career, I was able to build and maintain a strong family life over more than two decades. It was rarely about perfect work-life balance, but rather about making conscious choices, supporting each other through different life phases and growing together along the journey.
